Yes. Salon owners can select any package. The package limits and included features still apply, even though the current charge is LKR 0.
Yes. Switching changes the available features immediately, but it does not restart or extend the original 365-day free-access term.
The free-access term ends and renewal is required. Trimma will present the available renewal terms before activation; no payment is taken automatically without the salon owner's approval.
Every salon on Trimma completes a guided onboarding flow: you build your profile in the owner dashboard, an assigned agent reviews the details when available, and Trimma admin gives final approval before bookings open.
