This is the second time I do full body massage here and it is amazing. It is not hard at all but I feel my muscles relief and body completely relaxed. I do yoga and fitness everyday so massage for me is a perfect way to relax. This is the best place for Ayurvedic treatment I have visited in Sri Lanka. It is a simple place off the tourist centres. I had a full body massage but it was heaven for my body and it also helped me with problems I had with the temporomandibular joint. Recommended 👍
