Ayu Nest Ayurweda Spa

I had a full body massage at Ayu Nest Spa Medilla, Tangalle, and it was an amazing experience. The spa is located right on the beach, and the sound of the waves made the massage even more relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, natural, and very calming. The therapist was highly skilled and professional, and the massage relieved all my tension and stress. I felt completely refreshed and renewed afterward. A perfect place to relax by the ocean. I highly recommend Ayu Nest Spa to anyone visiting Tangalle.

What a beautiful treatment right on the beach with the tranquil sound of the sea complimenting reflexology. Very experienced + friendly therapist using several different techniques to create balance + relaxation. A 1hr treatment for only 4000LKR. Wish I could give 10 stars 🌟- very highly recommend!

The Ayu Nest Ayurveda Spa is right on the beach and has a highly skilled masseur who gave me the best 90-minute massage I’ve had in Tangalle (I’ve tried several spas). It was professional and took place in a lovely setting with the sound of the sea. I’d love to go back!

Prompt communication via WhatsApp led me to Ayu Nest for a morning massage. I was met by Lahiru who asked if there were any particular sore areas I needed him to concentrate on. Communication during the massage was good with him asking if the pressure was okay and me asking him to go firmer. Minus one star only because the massage bed face hole was uncomfortable (too big, so either my forehead, chin or throat was pushing on part of the bed) but once I told him, extra towels were added that made it better but still not wonderful. I expressed my desire not to have a stomach and chest massage and Lahiru spent this time on my neck and head, which was very much appreciated. It was a very good massage!
