I recently had a very bad experience at this salon, which I have never had at any other salon.This was my third time getting makeup done by her. The first time it was really good. The makeup was nice and she was very friendly also.The second time, the service was not as good as the first time, but it was still okay. The third time was a very unpleasant experience. I admit, it was my mistake in the first place because it was a last-minute appointment and I was late. Before leaving home, I informed her and apologized for being late and asked if I should still come. And she told me to come, so I went to the salon about 10 minutes after the call.As soon as I entered, she started shouting at me for being late. She did not stop. Even while doing the makeup, she kept scolding me again and again. Yes, I understand that being late was my fault, and I already apologized for it.If she was not in a good mood or unable to do the makeup, she should have told me over the phone not to come. Instead, she asked me to come and then shouted at me. The salon is inside her home, and at that time only she and I were there. I was alone, and I didn’t have any other option except to listen to what she said .I was very scared and she kept shouting non-stop.She finished the makeup very quickly, in about 7–8 minutes, and it was not done properly. She was still speaking to me very angrily. And when I went to pay, she charged me an extra 500 LKR, even though I did not get any hair service, only makeup. This experience was very bad and very scary. I think her makeup skills are okay, but her behavior and attitude towards customers are not acceptable. On the first day, her customer service was very good, but after going to her again, her behavior changed. I think you need to know how to speak to customers and treat them with respect. I agree that being late was my mistake, but treating a customer this way is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I popped by to visit her for a speedy blow dry before my birthday photoshoot, but at the very last minute, she ended up scheduling me in for makeup and styling. Let me tell you, she absolutely nailed it! The makeup was so effortlessly natural and the service was super quick. I highly suggest her!

I can Highly recommend this salon as i had a dressing for a wedding yesterday. Actually, the artist is very talented and friendly. She is quick and her output is amazing. The make up, hair dressing all were perfectly finished. Finally i must say that she did her job very well and we are so pleased. It was more than we expected. ❤️❤️❤️
