I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Beautylogy. This was my first visit, and without a doubt, it will be my last. I went in for an advanced clean-up and eyebrow shaping, expecting at least basic professionalism. Instead, I was met with shockingly poor service and a complete lack of skill. The staff seemed untrained and careless I actually had to guide the beauty assistant on how to use a blackhead remover. That is absolutely unacceptable for any salon claiming to offer professional services. The eyebrow shaping was done with no precision or understanding of proper technique. It was careless and poorly executed. What upset me the most is the condition of my skin after the treatment. My face ended up with wounds, which is something I have NEVER experienced before despite getting clean-ups many times in the past. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply blamed my “sensitive skin.” That excuse is not valid proper technique should not leave a client injured. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience crossed every limit. This was not just disappointing it was alarming. A salon that lacks basic knowledge and care should not be handling clients’ skin. I genuinely do not want anyone else to go through what I experienced. Beautylogy seriously needs to improve its staff training, professionalism, and service standards. Until then, I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
