We went to Sri Lanka with my wife and she was very happy with the service, it’s not very easy to satisfy my wife, she was really happy with the service. When you compare to UK prices it’s very cheap and service was excellent. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. Will recommend my friends to visit you when they come to Sri Lanka. Thank you guys.

The facility offers parking space for four vehicles and a comfortable waiting area where children can stay safely.

A loyal customer for almost 3 years, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I have been visiting the Nawala branch regularly for years and have attended the vast majority of my appointments. Like anyone else, there were a few occasions when I had to cancel or couldn’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances. Life happens. Today, when I called simply to book an appointment, I was informed that my number had been marked by head office due to cancellations. Instead of helping me make a booking, the conversation turned into a lecture about management concerns and my history as a customer. What was most disappointing was the way I was spoken to. I wasn’t treated like a valued customer of three years—I felt like I was being interrogated. I was repeatedly questioned and made to feel as though I had done something wrong for wanting to book a service that I have consistently paid for over the years. If there are policies regarding cancellations, that’s completely understandable. However, those policies should be communicated professionally and respectfully. A customer calling to make an appointment should not be subjected to a lengthy rant or made to feel unwelcome. The service itself may be good, but customer experience matters just as much. After today’s interaction, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and genuinely disappointed. Three years of loyalty clearly meant very little. Customer service has completely lost its way here.

I went for a wax today and the lady ( I believe her name was Chamila ) who did my wax was so gentle and nice and very polite , always asking me if the wax temperature was okay and very gentle and professional . I highly recommend her ! However there was a lady in the front reception who was giving very high school mean girl energy, she was making faces and giving the other lady (who was handling the payments and appointments) these looks that was making me feel very uncomfortable. It came of very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. Otherwise the experience was good for me !

My second time waxing with Dewmini. Shes such a gentle and caring therapist. Listens to all the concerns and does her best to accommodate every time. It has been such a pleasant experience. Thanks to the other reviews I will be avoiding Erandi going forward👍
