I’ve been with this amazing nail salon for more than 3 years, and I honestly love coming here. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and talented. They always make me feel comfortable and take great care of my nails. Every visit is a lovely experience, and I always leave happy. The staff are super friendly and always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. They pay great attention to detail, and my nails always turn out exactly how I want clean, neat, and long-lasting. The studio is also very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. I had made an appointment in advance, but upon arrival, there seemed to be confusion regarding my booking despite providing my details and call history as confirmation. Unfortunately, the situation was not handled professionally, and I was treated as a walk-in customer. Additionally, the space appeared overcrowded, with customers waiting and limited seating available, which further affected the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their appointment handling and customer service, as these aspects are essential for maintaining a positive client experience.
