This was my very first experience at CB Salon and I absolutely loved it! I had a Hydra Facial and the whole experience was amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. A special thank you to Miss Thilini who did my facial. She is very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. I’ve been doing Hydra Facials for about a year at different places, but the results and the experience here were truly noticeable and much better. My skin feels so fresh, clean, and glowing. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend CB Salon and especially Miss Thilini

I called the day before and made an appointment. I was talking about cutting and coloring my wife's hair. Even though we went at the appointed time, they said there was not enough time to do the work. They said they could only do the hair cut. When I made the appointment the day before, they had already mentioned the work that needed to be done. They said the person who took my appointment the day before didn't write anything down. That's why they took another job today. It's their fault, not ours. They should have called me when they took the job this morning. We went there and wasted our time only. The service is very bad.

i dont know why people are calling it bad but ive been going here for 7 and a half years and never have i once had a bad experience yes it is quite expensive but it is so worth it because the hair stylists and very well experienced and know what theyre doing.

Totally dissatisfied by the service. Being a loyal customer of the 4ever brand and Chandani Bandara salons I went for a cleanup and a full face threading job last week. They charged me rs 5000 and what they did was merely applying a face wash, and then the scrub(applied and wiped off without any scrubbing) then they applied a black head removal product, tore the tissue apart. Didn’t even take 10mnts . Removal of hairs on the face was badly done leaving majority of hairs as it is. The skin was wounded with blood popping up. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone since my face was wounded and they charged unreasonably. On my previous visit , even I’ve made an appointment prior going there, nobody was available to attend the job since everyone has gone for a meeting , the receptionist said. They could have called and cancel the appointment too. Overall service is pathetic
