Poor service. I booked my shedule from online booking service they have given. But they dont know untill i went to that place. if it is bussy shedule they got suddenly they must have idea to give a time. But they didmt give a time. I went by booking to do pedicure bt didnt get a time and they waste my day. Poor coustermer service and if you are not using properly your online booking sytem plz dont keep active.

This is a good salon in the area. I like their microcurrent face lift facial. But the bad thing is it's only available on Tuesdays; if a PH falls on Tuesday, we have to wait for another 1 week. Other negative point is the inability to make appointments. Sometimes you have to wait in the queue for more than half an hour. So, I suggest: 1. Enable making appointments. Otherwise customers have to waste a lot of time in the queue. 2. Either make it available for at least 2 days a week, including a weekend or at least when a PH falls on a Tuesday, in that week only let the customers in on another day of the week.

Me and family with friends had been booked in this place to have a make-up ,hair styles and Saree dressing for a wedding in Kandy. We were disgusted by their inexperienced unprofessional and extremely poor work on us on t hat very important day. We had no time to undo make-up due to tight schedule , they have spend 4 hours on us before we rushed to our venue th extreme disappointment. Firstly the place they have for make-up and hair style was not bigger than a shower cubicle then they make every skin type uniformly white.even the friend w hi was quite dark painted white. Secondly they have no respect to listen to the customer to know what the customer requesting. Thirdly they know nothing about makeup or hair styling but billing with out hesitation. I will never ever recommend any one than my enemies to seek their so called service.

In the wensite they have mentioned its 25000 gr keratin treatment and once i visited thr they said its 45000 fr keratin .. who the hell will do a keratin treatment fr half lakh .. then i askd it ws mntioned as 25k online then they said it dpnds on the hair .. bt i hv vry very thin hair and shortest hair!!! I feel very bad vsiting there ..

The place is in shambles. They actually get shocked when they get a decent customer. The hair stylist runs around the place to find his tools for the haircut. Also, he is a creep who doesn't know how to speak to customers. I would never set foot there again
