One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. I brought my 2½-year-old daughter for a simple haircut, expecting at least a basic level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff member (Gorilla like fella) who attended to us was not polite and behaved in a rough, unprofessional manner. He spoke to me harshly, appeared moody, and made no effort to create a comfortable or baby-friendly environment—which is essential when handling a small child. While cutting her hair, he handled her roughly and did not remove the loose hair falling onto her face during the haircut. Naturally, my daughter became upset and started crying, but he made no attempt to calm her or manage the situation appropriately. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and absence of basic care made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place, especially for parents with young children.

I recently visited this salon for a keratin treatment and was extremely disappointed with how things were handled. Most of the staff were in a rush, treated my hair carelessly, and were clearly more focused on closing early than providing a proper service. My scalp was hurting due to their rough handling, and I felt completely disregarded as a customer. However, I want to highlight that Vishva did a good job and seemed to genuinely care about the service. He was the only one who acted professionally and tried to make things better. It’s unfortunate that the rest of the team did not follow his example.Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I visited this salon recently, and the experience was honestly disappointing. Most of the staff seemed rushed, unprofessional, and handled my hair roughly, which caused discomfort and even pain to my scalp. It felt like they were more focused on finishing quickly and leaving, rather than delivering proper service or caring about the damage they were causing. However, only two male staff members provided fairly good service. Unfortunately, the careless and unpleasant attitude of the rest of the team overshadowed their efforts. I would not recommend this salon.
