I've been going to Cosmo Salon every month since December last year, and I've honestly never had a bad experience. Every single visit has been amazing. The staff are so friendly, kind, and humble, and they always make me feel comfortable and welcome. My favorite service is definitely the facial. I've never experienced a facial like this anywhere else. They don't just massage your face, they also include your neck, hands, and head, which makes the whole experience so relaxing and worth it. A special thank you to Ms. Imalka, who has done my facials many times. She's so kind, professional, and really knows what she's doing. I always leave feeling refreshed, and I truly appreciate the care she puts into her work. Overall, my experience has been 100/10. I genuinely recommend Cosmo Salon to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing experience. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I visited Cosmo Beauty Salon for my very first haircut, and I’m so happy with the result! ✨ The haircut was exactly how I expected and turned out so beautiful. The service, care, and attention to detail were amazing. I also had the Umecare facial done by Imalka, and she did a wonderful job. I recently had a keratin treatment at Cosmo, and I had a wonderful experience. Nethmi did an excellent job with my treatment , she was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The entire staff was welcoming, the salon has a beautiful interior, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I can clearly see a positive difference in my face after the facial treatment. My skin feels fresh, clean, and glowing. The face massage was incredibly relaxing, and the entire facial was done with great care and attention for nearly 1.5 hours. Every step was completed perfectly, making the whole experience very satisfying. Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again!♥️✨️

I did a keratin treatment at COSMO Salon about a month ago, and unfortunately my hair got damaged due to a water issue. I contacted the salon for advice, and the staff kindly asked me to come in so they could assess my hair. I had no expectations at all when I visited again, but they treated me with great care. They did not blame or complain about anything, and instead they provided a proper treatment to restore my hair completely free of charge. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, especially since I was not expecting any compensation or extra service. In addition, I have been getting their Hydra Facial treatments every month since March, and I am very satisfied with the results. I would especially like to recommend their assistant, Sadeesha, who has done an excellent job with my facials each time. Overall, I highly recommend COSMO Salon and their team for both hair and facial care based on my personal experience.
