Went to D.Jean Mark for a keratin treatment today, and I have to say, their service was amazing once again! This was my second time getting a keratin treatment here, and just like before, my hair feels so smooth and healthy afterward. This time I had a medical issue with my ear and needed to make sure it didn’t get wet during the process. The staff was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to be extra careful while still delivering a great experience. They were so friendly and professional, which made me feel super comfortable throughout the appointment. Got an oil treatment for my hair (below hip length). It included a shoulder and hand massage as well. They really took their time and did a wonderful job. The girl who did the treatment was friendly and attentive. The price was very reasonable. Clean, well-maintained location.

Last September I visited this salon for a hair braiding. One of my close relation introduced me this salon. Once i visit did eyebrows plucking also. A girl with glasses and tinted hair did the job. She did really good job. I was so happy. My relation told me thats hers salon. Yesterday i again visited to the salon to do eyebrows plucking. I didn’t see The girl i met last time. There was a girl with blond hair.she took my inquiry. Once she started the job she ask lot of my personal questions which i was thinking why she is asking these unnecessary questions. But thats fine the problem is the job was not very well done. Maybe she was in a rush to finish the job.She left lot of short hairs and finished the job. I showed her several time left hairs then i just said ok and came home and fixes it by myself. Also while she is doing plucking i asked her for a pedicure. She said we are only taking appointments for pedicure and we have appointment now. But after she did the plucking job I thought its good she said she can’t do pedicure cause she can’t do a simple eyebrow plucking. This is my honest review: if you are visiting this salon do your service with the owner.She is doing her job really good. But the staff is just employees who doest’t care of the costumer.
