Very good hospital in Surrounding Kalmunai. One of the most prominent and best hospital. They are systemic and offers international standards in Healthcare. Staff is well-trained and friendly. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all standard tools
We had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. We had a prior appointment with the doctor for a consultation. The reception team called and informed us to come by 3:00 PM, saying the doctor would be available then. We arrived on time, but even by 4:30–4:45 PM, the doctor had still not arrived.
When we asked the reception team for an update, they just said they informed the doctor, but there was no clear response or respect toward our concern. Their attitude felt irresponsible and unprofessional.
Also, there were many elderly patients waiting for a long time. Waiting for nearly two hours was very uncomfortable and painful for them. We expect better punctuality from a private hospital, as people choose private hospitals mainly for timely and quality service. Please consider improving punctuality and patient communication in future.

Extremely poor management — deeply disappointed with the way things are handled.
The receptionist, in particular, has been dishonest and unprofessional, repeatedly wasting our time with false information and careless management.
Management, please pay serious attention to these issues:
- Card payment facility:
If you do not provide card payment, remove the misleading sticker that claims you do. When I asked if card payment was available, the receptionist assured me it was. She then left for other work, making me wait 30 minutes, and even after returning, delayed another 10 minutes before processing billing. Only after printing the bill did she admit, “Sorry, we don’t have card payment or a machine.” This is unacceptable.
- False information over the phone:
Patients should not be misled. Over the phone, I was told the doctor had already arrived, so we rushed to the hospital. In reality, the doctor was only doing ward rounds as part of his routine. The receptionist used this moment to collect bills, while patients were left waiting. We were told the doctor arrived hospital at 3 p.m, but actually the OPD session began at 5 p.m. As a result, pregnant mothers and other patients waited unnecessarily for more than two hours some came from outstation as well due to her's lie. This was an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience.
- Respect and honesty:
Please treat patients and visitors with kindness and be truthful. A simple “sorry” is not enough when people’s time, health, and trust are being disregarded.

🌸🍼 Alhamdulillah! Blessed with a Baby Girl 🍼🌸
I want to sincerely thank Doctor Faiz (VoG) and all the wonderful staff of Jamil Hospital, Kalmunai. From the beginning until the delivery, they treated us with so much kindness, care, and respect – just like family and friends. 💖
Doctor Faiz is not only a great doctor but also a very humble and kind-hearted person. I’m truly happy and grateful for his guidance and support. 🙏
Also, my heartfelt thanks to the entire Jamil Hospital staff and management for their excellent service and 100% dedication. 🌟
Alhamdulillah, with Allah’s blessing, my wife safely delivered a beautiful baby girl today. 🤲✨
I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this hospital. Last month [October]I attended the OPD. After waiting, a young doctor, whose name was not introduced, attended me. He seemed inexperienced, and prescribed medicines without proper examination. When tried to check my blood pressure, the device didn’t work, and even a second one failed.
He (young Dr) briefly asked about my problem and stepped out to talk to someone(senior Doctor?), before the senior doctor finally arrived. When I asked the nurse, was told he is a ward doctor[young doctor🤔👀].
Additionally, nurses were not wearing face masks or using sanitizers.
Dr. Rizan Jameel, please review your hospital’s staffing and patient care practices. Patient care is far more valuable than profit.
