Beautiful beach, wonderful food, amazing people. Friendly owners who went the extra mile to make sure we had all we wanted, great authentic Sri Lankan cooking at very reasonable prices. My partner and daughter spent time with the owners fussing over the dogs and beautiful puppies these wonderful people take care for that live on the beach - even when bookings have dried up due to the troubles in the middle east these wonderful people still feed and care for these animals. Great location, great food, great people. I'm definitely coming again when I'm back next year!

Massage and restaurant: The massage was really good, I had it from Amila. You might need to book in advance though, but I was lucky to get an appointment the same day. Had a nice plate of banana fritters at the restaurant, they were really good, and I would say enough for two people, if you’re not too hungry.

I had an amazing massage from Nirosha. I had a shoulder injury and my muscles were very tense, she worked some magic in her massage and I felt a lot of relief afterwards! It was very reasonably priced, but an excellent massage experience. We also spent a week at Goyambokka beach, so visited the restaurant many times. Can definitely recommend the food and drink here, all was fresh and delicious. They also really looked after us with sunbeds, a great team and good service. Nirosha is a really special person, she obviously cares very much for people, and she and her lovely husband are really genuinely kind at heart, offering a fantastic service in all they do. We can totally recommend this friendly family business. We loved meeting them, and will definitely visit again next time we're in Tangalle. Thank you :-)

Definitely treat yourself to a massage, just do it. Nirosha is great at what she does, and will leave you feeling nice and relaxed. Worth it! She and the staff at the restaurant and spa house up the street (where you can shower beforehand) are lovely and friendly. There are puppies around so you’ll find it difficult to exercise restraint because they’re so cute and playful.
