Forever Nails & Wax Bar Kadawatha

My experience at this nail salon was very disappointing. Customer care was 3/10. They overcut my cuticles, which caused significant pain and discomfort. The machine they used hurt a lot and felt like it was burning my nails. Later, I noticed damaged skin underneath my nails, which appeared to be caused by excessive use of the machine. In addition, during my appointment, the nail technician spent a considerable amount of time talking with other staff members about personal matters instead of focusing on the service. This made me feel ignored and unimportant as a customer, and it came across as unprofessional. I expected a relaxing and professional experience, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and in pain. Overall, the service felt careless and lacked attention to customer comfort and satisfaction. Sadly, I cannot recommend this salon, and I will not be returning.

​I visited Forever Nails for my engagement set and was so impressed. The technician was meticulous with my cuticles and the shape was perfectly symmetrical—which is so important for ring close-ups! The gel has a high-shine finish and feels very strong. Highly recommend for any bride-to-be looking for a polished, professional look

I visited this salon for a wax and a pedicure. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the hygiene standards. The salon was extremely unclean, and I noticed that the pedicure tub was not properly cleaned or disinfected between customers. It appeared to be rinsed with water only before being used again. Even after I raised my concerns, it was not cleaned properly. Customer health and safety should be a top priority, but sadly that did not seem to be the case here. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values cleanliness and hygiene. The salon felt more like a poorly managed roadside shop than a professional beauty establishment. It seemed that the main focus was on taking customers’ money and posting content on social media rather than maintaining proper hygiene and providing quality service. Cleanliness, customer safety, and professionalism should always come first, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Firstly I'd like to say thank you to HIMASHI for best service. She did my nails perfectly as I expected for my graduation.Highly appreciate her service....❤️but Im very disappointed about management bcz they wasted my time. Not enough staff and they cannot manage n fulfill customer service on time.

I asked for acrylic nails and they did something called soft gel nails without even asking me. Also the prices they send on WhatsApp are different from actual prices. They do nails really fast and not actually neat. Not worth the price. double check the prices through a call before going.
