Worst place ever visited. They don't deserve even 1 star. I had a terrible experience and would never recommend this salon to anyone. The pedicure was extremely poor. The dead skin was not properly removed, there was no proper cuticle care, and my nails were not even shaped. They simply washed my feet, applied a scrub, rinsed it off, and painted my nails. Even before applying the nail color, they did not properly clean or prepare my nails, so the polish looked untidy and unprofessional. They also attempted a calf massage, but it was obvious the staff had no proper massage technique or training. It felt rushed and ineffective. The gel nail extensions were equally disappointing. The gel was not applied evenly, and the finish looked incomplete. The thickness varied from nail to nail, making them look bulky and uneven. Overall, the application was sloppy and far below the standard I expected. Despite the poor quality of the services, they charged a premium price. The experience was not worth the money at all. I left feeling very disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Visited there to get my first ever extensions. From that time this is my go to nail salon.The staff is friendly and very helpful. And the extensions lasted more than a month as it is. Price is affordable so I can get my nails done without breaking the bank

Extremely disappointed with my experience at French Nail Bar, Kiribathgoda. I specifically asked for acrylic nails, but instead I left with what looked and felt like temporary press-on nails glued onto my natural nails. The salon described them as acrylic, but based on what was done, they appeared to be full-cover tips simply attached with nail glue and finished with only a single coat of polish. The shaping and filing were terrible—uneven, messy, and done with almost no care. The entire appointment was over in around 30 minutes, which made it feel rushed from beginning to end. There was no attention to detail, no effort to perfect the shape, and no concern about the overall finish. They even applied only a tiny bit of hand cream at the end and called it a day. The service was just as disappointing. The technician seemed careless, inattentive, and in a hurry, as if they just wanted to finish as quickly as possible. Being charged Rs. 5,500 for this is unbelievable. I've had temporary nail services at other salons for around Rs. 3,500, and the quality, shaping, finish, and overall experience were far superior. I paid for acrylic nails but left feeling like I'd been given basic temporary nails at an inflated price. It was a complete waste of money, and I definitely won't be returning or recommending this salon.

Horrible place. Very unclean and unhygienic. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I went in for a refil but they just used nail polish and not an acrylic powder. My nails were very chunky and it wasn’t a neat application. The price is not with the service at all. The girl who did my nails was very rude too.

Excellent service and beautiful nail art! The team is talented, patient, and truly cares about their clients. I left feeling happy and confident. Will definitely come back again!
