Not sure why generally in sri lanka did not have like nice relax spa centre, instead all look alike this in the picture. We took this Ayuvedic, is first time for me, however i think the skill can be better, reasonable price for one hour. Staff are kind and friendly enough

After reading so many great reviews on Google Maps, I decided to try a massage here as well. My friend recommended the Shirodhara treatment. The entire massage was exactly what I was looking for gentle, relaxing, and completely pain-free. It was my first time experiencing a Shirodhara massage, and I absolutely loved it. The soothing sensation of the warm oil flowing over my forehead, together with the gentle tickling feeling at the back of my head, brought an incredible sense of peace, relaxation, and comfort. The owners and my massage therapist were very friendly and welcoming. After the massage, they kindly served me tea. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend this place.🧘‍♀️🥰😊🫶

Amazing!!! I had a one hour whole body massage and it was excellent. I live in Thailand and get massages almost every week. This was definitely one of the best I have had. The pressure was perfect. The music and water sounds in the background were very nice. I only wish people who came in remembered that this is a spa and kept their voices lower 😬. The face massage at the end was the topping on the cake!

I had a 60 minute total body massage that elevated my senses not only through the massage itself but also through the aromatic oils and creams which they used. The music and little waterfall completely masks the busy street, rooms are also on the upper floor. 💯 percent wholeheartedly recommend the Helena spa.
