Herb Medicare Ayurveda Treatment Center

11-18 July, 2026 I’m so satisfied with the treatment and hospitality I received from Herb Medicare. This is my very first time in Sri Lanka and I was curious what the Ayurveda and Panchakarma are, and was looking for a place which is simple (not like a resort) but gives the decent traditional and real treatment. This place was exactly where I was looking for. Doctor listened to me attentively, tailored the 8 days treatment plan for me. I could ask questions anytime and she explained thoroughly. Therapist lady was also gentle and kind person (she was like a mom), so I could receive the massage and treatment in very relaxed feeling from day 1. My biggest issue was skin problem but it’s getting better after the treatments. I will come back here again :)

I had such a wholesome and deeply relaxing experience at this beautiful spa. The massage was incredible, calming, rejuvenating, and done in a truly authentic setting that made the whole experience feel special and immersive. Afterward, I had a consultation with the in-house doctor regarding my insomnia. I really appreciated the thoughtful and personalized approach. I left with carefully prepared herbs and a natural potion tailored to me. So far, so good, I’m already feeling positive about the results and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine relaxation and holistic care.

This is by far the best, deepest and most holistic treaty I have ever experienced. A small, authentic practice with no bells and whistles, just solid ancient practices performed professionally, gently with love and care by each person. I was really scared of some of the treatments but none of them were invasive. I am extremely grateful for this beautiful find and will return many more times. The lovely doctor and her gentle, well trained team of professional doctors-in-training, make one feel safe and welcome. It was an incredible 7 days and I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to improve their wellness.
