I have been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the haircuts. The stylists are very skilled and caring, and even though the staff seems to change often, the high quality of their work has always been consistent. However, my experience today was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I came in for a cut and was told they were busy and to return at 3:30 PM, which I was happy to do. Before heading back, I called to confirm, and was told they were still busy. When I asked when would be a good time to come in, the person on the phone was dismissive. He said he couldn't guarantee a time and then abruptly hung up on me before I was finished speaking. As a regular customer who has recommended this place to others, I was shocked by the lack of basic respect. While the haircuts are excellent, the customer service I received today was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and will have to find a new salon that values its customers.
