Went for pedicure and facial. The facial room is dirty the towels looked old and unclean. The service people seemed to have a very poor attitude towards what they were doing

I visited Kithsiri Salon last Saturday and would rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars. The haircut itself was acceptable, but I felt the pricing was quite high for the service provided. Additionally, they took too much time to trim even a small portion of my hair, which was disappointing. When I arrived, my hair was slightly tangled, and the staff insisted that a hair wash was necessary to achieve a proper final result. After the wash, they proceeded with the haircut. However, despite clearly explaining how much hair I wanted trimmed, they cut my hair much shorter than I requested. The total charge came to 1,600 LKR, which included the hair wash and head massage. Considering the time taken, the cost, and not fully following my instructions, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. I’m sharing this feedback to help others make an informed decision.

In the whole of Hatton, this place is very reliable and does excellent work. Their shampoo is amazing as well. My wife, who is Malaysian, is very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

I had 10 years experience of Kithsiri Saloon for a beauty treatment, which included a facial, haircut, hair coloring, and spa treatments for my hair. I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I loved how they used quality products. The relaxing atmosphere of the salon.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel pampered throughout my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful beauty treatment. I’ll definitely be returning for my next beauty session!
