Went to Klaws for the very first time for a quick pedicure date, and it was simply perfect. Cozy, beautiful atmosphere with such an aesthetic vibe. Girls, if you’re looking for a cute pedicure date with your better half, this is the place to be. The staff was incredibly friendly — Chathu and Vidu did an amazing job. Their little chats made us feel so comfortable, like we’d been coming here forever. Definitely coming back 🤍✨

I got my first set of gel X nails done from Klaws. My nails were done by Chathu and she did a great job. she was very friendly and helped me in deciding the colors and everything else as I was new to the whole thing. The salon had a really nice ambiance and a relaxing atmosphere ❤️

I recently found a new place for my pedicures Klaws Nail Studio and I can highly recommend it! Vidu (Vidarsha) did an absolutely amazing job. She was so detailed, careful, and professional. I’m extremely satisfied with the results! Chathu was also very friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Such a lovely team and a great experience overall. Highly recommended if you’re looking for perfect nails and excellent service 💅✨

Klaws nail studio is super clean cozy and welcoming. We were offered WiFi drinks and comfort to enjoy the few hours of getting pampered. They really take their time and make sure every detail is perfect. My nails turned out even better than I imagined. I can’t stop staring at them! Highly recommend if you want beautiful affordable nails and a great experience. 💖 I’m not big with typing reviews but have to mention Chathus hardwork that was put to make my nails look so cute. Can’t wait to go back!!

I went to this salon shortly after New Year because my usual place was fully booked and most other places in Negombo were closed. This was the only option I had at the time, and honestly, my first impression was really good. The place is calm, clean, and has a very relaxing vibe. It wasn’t crowded at all, which I actually loved because most salons in Negombo are always busy. I was the only client around 11 a.m., and the staff and manager were really welcoming and friendly, so I felt comfortable right away. When I showed them the design I wanted, they were open to it and also shared their own ideas. I appreciated that they suggested going for gel nails and were happy to use the nail stickers I brought. That part of the experience was really nice. But when it came to the actual work, I wasn’t fully satisfied. The gel polish wasn’t applied very neatly, some of it had spread onto my cuticle and skin, and after curing, it had hardened there. I was told it might be because I moved my hand, but I’ve done my nails many times before and never had that issue. I also gave them full freedom to be creative with the nail stickers, but the final look didn’t come out as neat as I expected. One sticker had to be removed and reapplied, and overall the finish just didn’t look very clean. Even my family and friends noticed that it wasn’t as neat as it could have been. Still, I understand that creativity can differ from person to person, so I didn’t make a big issue out of it. The pricing was reasonable, and the staff were kind throughout, so I didn’t feel bad about the visit overall. I went back after two weeks for removal. The toenail removal was done well, no issues there. But during the hand nail removal, I had a bit of a different experience. While filing, my cuticle got slightly injured, and when the soak-off solution was applied, it burned quite a bit. There were also a few small accidental cuts on my fingers during the process. I understand that small mistakes can happen, and the girl was friendly and well-meaning, but I did feel like she was a bit rushed and not very careful, especially after I mentioned it once. Filing is something quite basic, so I expected a bit more care from a professional setting. Overall, I really liked the atmosphere and how welcoming everyone was. It’s a peaceful place and reasonably priced. I just feel like a bit more attention to detail and patience during the service would make a big difference.
