I waited about two hours then one guy just came and somehow he went before me and when i tried to confront that the staff just tell me just wait a few minutes more Very poor customer service Waste of time and money

I was not fully satisfied with the customer service at this salon. When settling the bill, I noticed an incorrect charge under the “Others” section for a service I did not receive. It also seemed like the staff were not clearly aware of the pricing details, which added to the confusion. I strongly advise anyone visiting to double-check their bill carefully. Overall, the service quality did not quite match the price charged.

Services is Good you can get your service with out appointment , and if u have specific person to get the service then call and get the appointment as possible other wise you should wait untill que is done ,so please guys do the appointment before reach. And value for money clean and good services

During my visit to Sri Lanka I had a great experience here, all the boys who works here are NVQ qualified and know how to give a professional haircut. 💇‍♂️ per customer they take more than 30 minutes. It’s recommended to put an appointment and come so no waiting time.
