Great place for all your hair and beauty requirements. Unisex salon with separate area for ladies. Fairly priced and good staff. Great customer service.

Highly Disappointing 👎 My recent hair relaxing session (ear to ear relaxing) at the Baththaramulla salon was less than satisfactory: - Unusual issues arose during the procedure, as shown in the attached images. It was curly & like almost breaking. - Scalp was burnt twice during ironing. - Post-treatment, my hair has become rough and prone to breakage, which is not the desired outcome. - Unprofessional staff in the ladies sections.

They never provide a service worth the money paid. They charge exorbitant amounts. There is no price display. No bill is given. The cashier and the barber negotiate the price in secret. Even if it is the same service, the price changes depending on the occasion.

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money I had a very disappointing experience during my recent pedicure visit. The entire session lasted barely 10 minutes, with no proper scrubbing or massage – just a rushed and incomplete service. To make matters worse, they don’t even provide nail polish unless you bring your own from home, which was never mentioned beforehand. The environment was unhygienic. I noticed the same nail clippers and brushes being used on multiple clients without being sanitized in between. The guy at the front desk was visibly rushing the 2 ladies, constantly pushing them to finish up quickly to take the next client. This not only made the experience feel hurried and uncomfortable, but it also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and professionalism. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be returning.
