I have been a regular customer at this salon for eyebrow threading for quite some time and had generally been satisfied with that service. Recently, one of the employees suggested that I try a facial, and based on my previous experiences, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing facial I have ever received. From the moment the session began, the experience was far from relaxing or professional. The staff member assigned to do my facial seemed completely distracted throughout the entire process. She was either on a personal phone call or loudly chatting with another employee in the room. The technique used during the treatment was rough and uncomfortable. The rubbing was excessive and painful, especially around the sides of my nose, which were continuously and aggressively handled for no clear reason. At no point did the facial include any extractions—something that is typically standard in most facials. To make matters worse, the massage portion of the facial, lasted barely two minutes. It felt rushed and more like an afterthought than a genuine part of the treatment. Overall, I left the salon feeling more stressed and disappointed than when I walked in. This facial did not meet even the most basic expectations for care, professionalism, or technique. I would not recommend this facial service to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing, effective, and attentive skincare treatment.

I went for a haircut few days back. Haircut was done by one of the assistant girl. It was my first hair cut experience in this salon. Very disappointed about the outcome. I have been layer cutting my hair for the last 10 years and this lady asked me whether I ever had an hair cut in my life. IDK. May be to make sure that I don't know about haircuts. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with the haircut she did.

Very bad..never recommend..I need a hair cut..but they destroy my hair..😞😞
