I've been visiting Looks Salon for quite a while now for various treatments, including keratin treatments, moisturizing treatments, scalp scrubs, facials, hot waxing, haircuts, and most recently, a blow-dry before a concert. Honestly, the service has always been excellent. The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable throughout the experience. During longer appointments, they've even offered coffee and cookies, which is such a thoughtful touch. My hair has turned out beautifully after every treatment. While the facials were good, they weren't the best I've ever had, but where Looks truly shines is hair care. Their stylists genuinely know what they're doing. Even when I've walked in with some pretty ambitious ideas, they've been honest about what would and wouldn't work, suggested better alternatives, and every time I've trusted their advice, the results have been fantastic. They also recommended a hair serum that I've absolutely loved. It came in a glass bottle, so I was a little worried about traveling with it, but I kept it in its original packaging and it survived multiple flights without any issues. I'll definitely be returning many more times in the future. Highly recommended!

I'm so happy with my nails. They turned out even more beautiful than the inspiration photo I showed. The nail artist was incredibly patient, helpful, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. They listened to exactly what I wanted and did such a neat, detailed job. I'm absolutely obsessed with the result. Highly recommend!

I need to give an honest review about my hair color and haircut. My hair color was done by Hashini, and it was an amazing experience—one of the best I’ve ever had. I have visited many leading salons for hair coloring and haircuts, but this time I experienced minimal damage and incredible softness in my hair after coloring. Special thanks to Shewon for my haircut. I got a layered cut, and I am very satisfied with it. Now I feel confident in any situation, environment, or function without worrying about my hair looking messy. I sincerely give my heartfelt gratitude to the Looks team for their friendly, respectful, and responsible service.

Highly disappointed and would not recommend. ​I went in for a haircut and beard trim, and it was honestly one of the most painful and unprofessional salon visits I’ve ever had. First, the barber was incredibly rough while combing my hair, to the point where it actually brought tears to my eyes. On top of that, I am not even satisfied with the final cut. ​The beard trim was just as bad. He showed zero care for the pimples on my face and scratched right over them, which hurt a lot. He also didn't use any shaving foam or cream while shaping the beard lines, leaving my skin irritated and incredibly itchy. ​To make matters worse, the cleanliness was terrible. When he took off the cape, he was so careless that all the cut hair fell right into my shoes, and he barely bothered to wipe the hair off my face. ​I was shocked when I was charged 2,500. For that price, you expect a premium, professional service. I could have gone to Looks Salon for the exact same amount, received a highly professional cut, and at least left without getting hurt. Definitely not worth the money.

I have been a customer of Nilushi, the owner and the Lead Stylist, Looks Salon for almost 20 years. I started going to Nilushi when she was working for a different salon and ever since, I haven't been to any other salon, to date. Nilushi has taken care of my hair cuts, pedicure and manicure and I have always left the salon as a happy customer. I have been living in London for the past 15 years, yet, I keep going to Nilushi when I visit Sri Lanka. The way she has progressed in her business, with the present 2 storey salon (absolutely beautiful place) is impressive and I am one of the happiest to see her progress.
