Wasted our time twice. Very frustrated for our first time attending a skin clinic. Nursing staff has perfect negligence and they are somewhat passive aggressive and rude. Mixed up appointments even confusing the doctor. Still charges absurd sums for their products and services. always try to arrange a situation to charge the client. The one star i gave is solely and purely for the Doctor that consulted us. A very professional and kind person. We read reviews to confirm if this is an isolated incident. its not sadly. I would prefer a place which value clients time, upholds respect and build trust. This place only values your money. This is an emotionally unbiased honest review. I witnessed this happening someone i hold dear.

Very poor service. The staff were careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no accountability, no clear communication, and zero respect for patients’ time. I booked a 3:00 PM appointment for a laser scar removal treatment, a very small procedure that takes no more than five minutes. I was only taken in at 5:30 PM, with absolutely no explanation for the delay. It genuinely felt like they had forgotten about me. While I understand that numbing cream needs time, I was left waiting for nearly an hour and a half after that for a procedure that lasted just minutes. When I asked the doctor about the delay, he seemed confused rather than offering a proper explanation. Aftercare instructions were also extremely poor. Once the procedure was done, the doctor simply left the room without clearly explaining next steps. I had to rely on AI to find basic aftercare guidance myself. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic, especially for first-time patients expecting professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy.

Recently, I booked two consultations to discuss about the laser hair removal procedure and pigmentation removal procedure and it cost Rs. 8800 in total. According to the doctor's explanation, we decided to get patch tests done. They talked about the patch test in a very light manner almost as if they would be doing it for free or for a reduced price as we had already paid 8800 total for consultation itself. But then they casually made us pay Rs.16788 for each patch test (total paid Rs. 33576 for both patch tests) It wasnt even a large area...Just only 1" × 1" square (very small area). Overall, I spent a total of Rs.42376 for nothing. The patch test was a fail as well, as we decided not to continue the procedure with the clinic so all of the money spent was all in vain. The procedures are overly priced and they rush clients to make decisions to carry out certain procedures before calmly discussing fee structures first. I completely do not recommend going to this clinic because they charge way too much. Afterwards I got to know that other skin clinic centers offer the patch test completely free of charge or for a lower price.

Yesterday I came with my mom for the doc amila’s secession and being honest, The place did not meet my expectations as it lacked proper hygiene standards and dead rat smells were all over the air and it was very uncomfortable, The lack of proper hygiene standards at a place where medical professionals are, is a serious problem. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited for 2 hours and still didn’t receive proper service. The management is completely unorganized and unprofessional. No respect for customers’ time. A place that claims to provide premium skincare should at least have basic customer management. Very poor service.
