Absolutely disgusting and inhumane service. We ordered a natural hair wig in March, and the salon promised it would be ready within a month. It has now been over 2 months, and they still have not delivered it. My son is battling cancer and urgently needed this wig, yet these people showed absolutely no care, responsibility, or basic human decency. After constantly chasing them, they promised a refund, and now they have completely stopped answering calls and messages. Taking money from a family going through such a painful situation and then ignoring them is beyond shameful. This level of unprofessionalism and cruelty is unacceptable. People should seriously avoid this salon if they expect honesty, compassion, or reliable service.

I come here for hair cleanup and the staff over here are always friendly and take care of there of there customers. I need to specially mention Mr. Shan the hair artist who is always beyond my expectations and styles my hair extordianry!
