Nail Craft

I went to get a gel pedicure done for my wedding and they did a very bad job, they drew a line for a French tip and none of the staff speaks English so communication is extremely difficult. I asked them to remove the polish completely (after asking them to correct it multiple times ) they did so and still charged for the full service! Unskilled staff and bad customer service! Not recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Nail Craft. They did an awesome job with my manicure and pedicure. I absolutely loved how it turned out. The lady who did my nails was super sweet and since it wasn’t too busy that day, everything was done really quickly and smoothly. The vibe of the place is so calming and relaxing, which I loved. The only thing is, I feel like it’s a bit on the pricey side. I’ve had mani,pedis done multiple times before and it’s never cost me more than 20,000. This time, I ended up spending almost 21,000. While the results were perfect, I wish it was a little cheaper. Also, the leg massage part could’ve been better, it felt a bit rushed and I wish they spent a little more time on it for the amount paid. Still, overall, a great experience ❤️🫶🏼

I recently used the nail salon's services. The Indonesian staff were very skilled and provided excellent service. However, there was a Vietnamese staff member who seemed to have hearing problems. She was serving my friend when she suddenly stopped without notice because she wanted to go home. Importantly, she hadn't even finished my friend's nails!! And her facial expression was unwelcoming to customers.

I visited Nail Craft Salon with my mom for Mother’s Day and had a wonderful experience. I booked a head spa treatment for her, and she absolutely loved it – she said it was very relaxing and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even offered us coffee during the visit. It was such a lovely gesture. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful atmosphere!
