I showed her the design I wanted, and she went above and beyond to recreate it perfectly. What impressed me most was how gentle and careful she was throughout the appointment. She genuinely cared about the health of my nails and cuticles, which made the experience very comfortable. The nails felt lightweight and natural, yet the quality was outstanding. I wore them for a full month, and there was no lifting, damage, or issues whatsoever. The durability and finish were amazing.
