I absolutely love my gel nails from Nails Gallery! The pastel colour turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. They are soft, elegant, and perfect for everyday wear. The nail artist naumya really listened to what I wanted and recreated the exact look I was hoping for. The attention to detail, precision, and care during the appointment made the whole experience amazing. My nails look flawless and I’ve already received so many compliments. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality nail work!

I recently visited this salon for a removal and gel polish application with builder base and nail art on two fingers per hand. I paid 5,500 rupees, which I find very fair for the service. The final result does look quite close to what I originally expected, which is why I’m giving three stars. However, there were some issues. During the appointment, there was a clear language barrier. The technician did not seem to understand English but kept nodding, which initially led to the wrong result (this was corrected). After leaving the salon and seeing my nails in daylight, I noticed small holes and uneven spots in the topcoat, especially on the thumbs, and the layer was too thin considering the gold glitter details. I went back to have it fixed. They did redo it, but it took several attempts due to brush marks and air bubbles before it looked acceptable. What disappointed me most was the attitude during this second visit. While I was calmly explaining the issue and asking for an additional topcoat layer (including over the gold glitter), staff members repeatedly spoke and laughed among themselves in their language. It may have been discomfort or embarrassment, but it felt disrespectful.

Very disappointed with the basic pedicure. It was not worth Rs. 3000 at all. I’ve had their express pedicure a few times before and it was acceptable, which is why I decided to try the basic pedicure this time. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The service felt rushed from start to finish. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, but this felt hurried and careless. If they are short on time, they shouldn’t take on clients. During cuticle trimming, I was actually cut and left with a small wound, which is both unprofessional and concerning from a safety perspective. Additionally, several essential steps in nail preparation seemed to be skipped. The nail shaping was poorly done, and even after I pointed it out, the correction was not properly handled. The nail polish application was also careless and lacked precision. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service. There is clearly a gap in Anuradhapura for a truly professional nail salon.
