It was my first time at Naturals and I had such an amazing experience! Jinali was my therapist and she was truly outstanding from start to finish. She began by clearly explaining the different services and packages, which made it so easy for me to decide. What I really appreciated was how she took the time to properly inspect my nails and understand what they needed before starting. Jinali is very skilled and professional — you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She was gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. She also gave me helpful advice on how to protect and take care of my nails, which I found really valuable. The massage was next level — very technical, relaxing, and honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Her technique is just perfect! Everything was clean, calm, and well-organized, and the products they used were of great quality. But what truly made the experience special was Jinali’s friendly and caring attitude. I would 100% recommend asking for Jinali when you visit — she is the best! Will definitely be coming back again.

I had a great experience today at Naturals Saloon Malabe. I did a spa pedicure. It was done by Sanduli. She is really kind and did pedicure without any hurry. Very helpful to choose color for my nails and she was suggested some colors for me. Apply it neatly. Definitely I will come back. Thank you for your service ♥️

She really listened to what I wanted during the consultation and was incredibly attentive. She also recommended the perfect shampoo, conditioner, and styling products for my specific hair type. Love the welcoming atmosphere and service here—highly recommend!
