I recently got a hair Botox treatment here, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Chamidu provided excellent service throughout the treatment, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Before we started, Nimash took the time to examine my scalp and gave me a thorough consultation. I was quite worried about my hair fall and wasn't sure which treatment would be best for me, but he kinda explained everything and recommended the most suitable option based on my hair and scalp condition. I truly appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. I absolutely love the place, the service, and the overall experience. Amazing job! I recommend them!

I recently had a good experience at Nimash Saloon. I got my haircut, hair colouring, full arm waxing, and full face threading done all in one place, which was really convenient. My haircut was done by the Director himself, who is the main hairdresser and the hair colour was done by one of their senior hairdressers. I also want to specially appreciate the girl who did my eyebrow threading as well as arm waxing and the boy who did my blow dry last time. (I’m sorry don’t know their names) Even though they are not senior staff members, they were very skilled, experienced, friendly, and handled everything so well same as the senior ones. It’s nice to see such talented and dedicated juniors. What I appreciated the most about the salon is that the staff genuinely listen to clients’ needs and respect what the client wants. Their customer service and friendly attitude really made the experience pleasant. The only small suggestion I would like to give is regarding scheduling and time management, especially for clients who come for multiple services on the same day. It would be even better if the salon could coordinate the appointments and staff timing more efficiently so clients don’t have to spend long hours at the premises while services get mixed up. However, apart from that, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend Nimash Saloon to anyone looking for quality beauty services with caring and experienced staff. 😊

Today I visited Salon Nimash for a haircut and hair botox treatment, and I had such a wonderful experience.. Nimash gave me the exact haircut I wanted a classic bob and it turned out absolutely incredible. He clearly understands what suits the client and pays great attention to detail. Every time he was drying or ironing my hair, he constantly checked whether the heat was comfortable for me. That level of care and concern for a client’s comfort is something I experienced for the very first time in a salon. It genuinely made me feel valued and relaxed. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the atmosphere of the salon was very pleasant too. Very disappointed with my experience at Nimash Salon. I showed a reference photo of the hair color I wanted, but the final result was completely different. I was at the salon from 10:00 AM until after 5:00 PM, even though my hair is only neck length. I paid LKR 28,000 for this service, and unfortunately, I feel like I paid that amount for a result I never asked for. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

This was my first experience getting my hair colored, and it was amazing! I was a bit confused and unsure at the last minute, but Ayantha & Devaka handled everything so professionally and guided me to choose the perfect look. I’m absolutely in love with the result.
