I rarely leave negative reviews for nail salons, but I feel compelled to share my experience in this case. The salon itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was extremely disappointing. My natural nails were filed down so aggressively that I was sweating from the pain throughout the appointment. On several occasions, the technician seemed to forget that the electric file was still pressed against my nail, leaving visible red marks and causing intense discomfort. I also ended up with burn marks along the sides of my nails while they were shaping them. I have never experienced anything like this before. My sister and I chose a nail art design that we were assured could be recreated. However, it quickly became clear that it was beyond the technician’s capabilities. The final result looked nothing like the reference photos we had shown and was, quite frankly, very poorly executed. To make matters worse, the entire appointment lasted four hours, making an already painful experience even more exhausting. One thing that also stood out to me was that, before we had even finished our appointment, there seemed to be a strong expectation that we would leave a positive review. That experience made me question whether some of the existing reviews fully reflect customers’ genuine opinions. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
