OGAM YOGA SRILANKA

Beautiful sunrise yoga session on the beach! The pace was perfect, making it beginner-friendly while still offering helpful guidance on positioning and posture. A wonderful experience - I’ll definitely be back for another class ☺️

I did 2 yoga sessions, and absolutely loved it (Would have done more if we were staying in the country longer). We did a crow pose and a headstand at the end but the whole session was very nice, I genuinely felt so relaxed after it and happy :) I have done yoga before but it was very easy to follow instructions here and I learned a lot of new things. I felt I had overall more control.

I was lucky enough to take four yoga classes with Ramkishan during my stay in Trincomalee and Nilaveli, and every single one was fantastic. I attended two 4:45pm classes at Amaranthé Bay Resort, overlooking the beautiful lake. It was such a peaceful setting after the heat of the day, and we even got to watch the resident cow make her evening swim across to the little island! Later, I joined Ramkishan’s class at Bella Nilaveli. The following day I was the only person booked in, and instead of cancelling, he kindly came to my accommodation to teach a private session. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how accommodating he is. Ramkishan is incredibly experienced and quickly understood both my abilities and the areas I found challenging. His teaching style is calm, encouraging and professional, and I genuinely looked forward to every class. I would highly recommend practising with him if you’re in Trincomalee or Nilaveli. It was one of the highlights of my trip.

We had a great time with Ramishkan from Ogam school of yoga! He came over to our hotel to give us a private morning yoga class. The class was great, he adapted it to our abilities, and suggested alternatives. It was a great way to start the day!

I had a wonderful experience with Ogam yoga. I did 4 classes and each of them were unique. The instructions were detailed and clear, the breath work was outstanding . I would highly recommend this practice 100 percent ⭐️ Thank you 🙏🏼
