Praanadha Ayurveda Wellness Spa Ahangama

I had an amazing experience at this Ayurvedic center in Ahangama! I booked a 3-day treatment package and felt truly cared for from start to finish. Dr. Haashi is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional, and the entire team is gentle, thoughtful, and always takes the time to do their very best. The place is spotless and offers a stunning, uninterrupted view of the sea, which makes the whole experience even more special. I especially loved the head and foot massages, the steam bath, and the oil dripping treatment — all deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. A real gem in Ahangama that I highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere itself made me feel relaxed, it’s a peaceful surrounding, with soothing scents and tones that instantly puts you at ease. The team at Aksaaya is incredibly attentive, and professional. They understand our requirements well and provide suggestions based on their expertise, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. The massages were great, thoughtfully done,and deeply felt, from the oils used to the techniques applied. Felt completely refreshed after the massage 🙌🏻 The authenticity deserves a 💯. Aksaaya doesn’t feel commercial or rushed at all, it feels rooted in traditional Ayurvedic practices. The space has a beautiful atmosphere and architecture, clean, beautifully maintained, and blends perfectly with the surrounding and atmosphere vibe of Ahangama. If you’re looking for a place to truly slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience genuine Ayurvedic care, Aksaaya Ayurveda is an absolute must-visit. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again 🙌🏻

This place was a little oasis, offering incredible massages. We chose the surf recovery massage, and it was amazing—my calves (and honestly the rest of my body) really needed that kind of work. Stepping out of the massage during golden hour, just as the sun was starting to go down, made the whole experience feel magical. I wish I could visit again.

We visited Aksaaya Ayurveda Wellness spa as we were staying at The Jam House. I had a full body treatment for 1 hour with Kavee who was very knowledgable in her techniques, attentive to my preferences and to my experience of the massage. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing and it was lovely to end the treatment with a cup of tea. Overall was great value for money and would definitely recommend!
