The service was really good, and the stylist was very kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. His name is Nirosha, and thanks to him I got a really nice hair color. The only issue I felt was the pricing for mid-length hair, the color and cut cost me 30k, which I personally felt was a bit high.

I had a really good experience at the salon. I got underarm waxing and eyebrow + upper lip threading done by Muthu, and she was so kind and welcoming throughout the appointment. The salon itself was very clean, and all the staff members were pleasant and friendly. I had to reschedule my appointment from 5.00 PM to 5.30 PM and still ended up arriving late, but they didn’t make a fuss about it at all, which I really appreciated. The prices were reasonable too - Rs. 1500 for underarm waxing and Rs. 600 for eyebrow and upper lip threading. Overall, a comfortable and stress free experience. Would definitely visit again.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Relux Salon, Kiribathgoda. I explicitly made an appointment with Lahiru, expecting a professional consultation and a skilled service. Instead, the consultation was incredibly poor, and my preferences were completely ignored. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and made the entire experience deeply uncomfortable. The disrespectful manner in which he handled the haircut itself was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, he didn't deliver the service I requested at all. The entire process was rushed and finished within a mere 10 minutes, yet I was forced to pay over 4,000 rupees just for a basic hair wash and a simple trim. Charging that much for 10 minutes of disrespectful treatment and a service I didn't even want is outright exploitation. He seriously needs to learn basic customer service and how to treat clients with respect. No matter how much a business hypes itself up on social media, if you treat first-time customers this poorly and rip them off, you will only lose them. I will definitely not be returning."

Very disappointed with my experience at Salon Re'luxe.I paid Rs. 25,000 for a keratin treatment, but after I got home, I noticed that several sections of my hair had not been treated properly. When I contacted the salon, I was told it was "normal" and asked to come back after washing my hair. During my visit, my concerns were not taken seriously. I was asked to speak with Lahiru, who told me the result was normal for the treatment I had received. Eventually, they agreed to redo the treatment free of charge, but I was disappointed that Lahiru never came to check my hair or speak with me during my second visit. The second treatment was done by a junior stylist, who was the only person who treated me with kindness and completed the service properly. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not welcoming, communication was poor, and the overall customer service was disappointing. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality, professionalism, and customer care. Sadly, my experience at Salon Relax did not meet those expectations
