I had a very bad experience at this salon in 2022. My sister and I went for hair coloring and showed exactly what we wanted, but the stylist did something totally different. We asked for brown highlights, but he bleached our entire hair. At the end, he said that with our hair color, what we showed couldn’t be done, which he should have told us before starting. That was my virgin hair, and it was completely damaged by the bleaching. I had to spend more than Rs. 25,000 to recover my hair after that. The overall customer experience was also really bad. Nalin was the one who did the coloring, and we haven’t gone back to this salon since then.

I got a facial here with the Primus brand, and it was amazing. My skin feels fresh, smooth, and glowing. The staff member who did my facial was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for great facials and excellent service.
