I'm very disappointed with my experience today. My wife visited the kandy branch for a facial and was told no card payments or online transactions are accepted, with no alternative options given. They also asked for payment before the service. This approach was inconvenient and felt unprofessional. As a business, I'd expect more flexibility in payment. Or at least to pay after the service as an exception. I requested them whether I can pay after while I come to pick her. The staff said NO. Think about the customers convenient side who brought you up here.

i went to saloon chinkara on 8/3/2019 for makeup for my wife. Two ladies there and they are not concern customers even for a sit. They are bahaving trainee beautiance. Not like professionals. Make up also not good and not done for a quality. they charge high rates just like a professional saloon. we had to go for a nother saloon for make up. We are NOT RECOMMENDED.
