I went to the salon with a specific look in mind. They did both my hair color and cut so beautifully, exactly the way I wanted—without any difference! I am super happy with my new look. The staff provided very friendly and excellent service. Excellent service & highly recommended! 💇✨

I had a facial at Salon Clara yesterday and it was a lovely experience. Great value for money, even though communication was limited there was no problem at all. Thank you, it was just what I needed. Highly recommend if staying a few days in Dambulla and fancy some pampering. 🥰

I am always glad to get my hair done at Salon Dilini Weerasekara - Salon Clara, and this is the best hair look I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants their hair to look perfect. Not only his talent, but also his techniques and everything made me feel so good. I gave him the freedom to do my hair the way he wanted, without my own requirements, and he did an amazing job—wow, it’s beautiful! I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had booked an appointment through the beautician’s husband who told me to come by 8.00 AM. I arrived early around 7.30 and called several times, but no one answered and the salon was still closed. It was finally opened by another girl around 8.10 AM, and she was not even aware of my appointment. She also tried calling the beautician and her husband, but they didn’t answer either. Since I needed to be ready by 9.00 AM, another girl kindly started dressing my hair. The beautician finally arrived at around 8.40 AM and gave me excuses for being late. I wasn’t interested in the excuses – I just wanted my makeup done properly. Unfortunately, the makeup was not satisfactory at all. The foundation was applied too heavily, and I felt very uncomfortable. The products used didn’t feel like good quality, and I even noticed an unpleasant smell from them. I had been told the price would be Rs. 2,500 when I booked, but I was charged Rs. 3,009 without any explanation. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the service, the delay, the quality of the products, and the final result. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Worst customer service...The owner is so rude at to me...I had been told to come 7.00 am and I had arrived exact time...but she had arranged so many appointment at her name and none of them was get a proper service.And the charges are super expensive...I got the appointment for makeup, dressing & hair dressing and for each and every section she said something really rude to me...for example when she started the saree draping told me that saree has horizontal lines and because of that it is difficult to drap and she done the drape really poorly .When makeup section is proceeding she said some racist things about my face and skin color and when hair was proceeding she did exactly same....After all of those disgusting experiences the makeup, saree draping and hair drapping also not satisfying..So I will never recommend this place to someone else.
