Horrible haircut done to my husband! went to another salon to get shapen it again! ruined our whole day! asked to do a shading. hair dresser said this looks better! (CLEARLY NOT) horrible! Mistakes spots also! not corrected! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had a very disappointing experience today at Salon Classy Cuts. The salon had serious hygiene issues. There were many flies inside, and the place smelled like rotten eggs. When I asked about it, I was told staff didn’t know how to deal with the flies, like it’s not their job to chase away the flies which was quite concerning. I’ve never been to a salon like this ever. I only came in for a simple trim, but the service was far from professional. The stylist was rude and handled my curly hair very roughly, with a lot of unnecessary tugging and pulling. Despite this, I remained patient and calm. In the end, she said my hair was “too curly” to trim properly, which was surprising and unprofessional for a salon. I strongly recommend better staff training, especially on basic hair handling and customer service, and most importantly, maintaining proper hygiene standards.

I was a guest at this beautiful salon. The staff are all professional and kind. I had an excellent pedicure and an incredible foot massage, which was very relaxing. Come here if you want a moment of relaxation for yourself.

They do a bad job with waxing, seriously. Like every new staff member also practice the same method. They apply the wax all over body (probably to get it done quick) then starts waxing. It's so painful. I have to tell them to pause because they do it at such a rush i get the feeling my skin is gonna rip off due to their impatience. I have lots of bumps all over my body and ingrown hairs because of how they waxed. The goosebumps hurts so much while showering. Please teach the staff the correct techniques before allowing them to perform this procedure.

I usually don’t post bad reviews but I usually go to this saloon for waxing and figured they will do a good job with my hair and makeup. On august 8th around 3-4pm I came in to get my hair and makeup done also my eyebrows and upper lip waxing. The waxing was good as usual. But when I came in for my makeup I specifically told the lady many times that I needed a light makeup and just to blow dry and straighten my hair. She proceeded to give me a big makeup look and I had to convince her many times that the lipstick shade does not suit me and to change it into something darker. Her eye makeup was too bold and I begged her to change it into something thinner and simpler but she refused it saying it “looks good” and is “trendy” she did not budge to change my makeup and I wasn’t happy. When it came to my hair I wanted it just blow dried and set with setting spray but she somehow convinced me that a updo was a good idea and by the time she was done it was too late to change it. I hated the makeup and I wiped off most of it before the event. Salon classy cuts I am a regular and please try to make sure your employees do what the client needs and not what they want. I was really unhappy and paid 6k total for everything it was not worth for me at all. I would have done my hair and makeup at home if I knew this was gonna happen. I trusted you guys and came because i trusted your services. Really disappointed
