We went to this salon for a haircut and were told that an assistant could do it. The assistant was friendly and kind, and he tried to fix his mistake. However, the haircut was not done properly at first. When we went back, the owner behaved as if it was our fault. He did not take responsibility and did not check the haircut; he only told the assistant to check and fix it. In other salons, the owner usually checks the assistant’s work at the end, but that did not happen here. This was our first experience at this salon and definitely our last. Very disappointed.
