I had such a wonderful experience at this salon, and I truly can’t express how grateful I am for their kindness and support. It was my first visit, and I don’t even live in Kegalle. I simply searched online for good salons in the area, read the reviews, and decided to book an appointment. From the moment I arrived, I realized those reviews were absolutely right. The owner, her staff, and even her husband were incredibly supportive. There was a power cut when I arrived, but they still did everything they could to make sure I wouldn’t be disappointed. I have allergies to several makeup products, and when I mentioned it, they were very considerate. They always listened to what I wanted, respected my choices, and gently suggested even better options for my saree look. Despite the power cut, they didn’t give up on doing my hairstyle. Instead, they kindly took me to their friend’s house so they could complete my hair as well. The staff girls were also so kind and helpful — truly lifesavers.
