Choosing SELON ILEESHA and U.G. Pushpakumara for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made in my entire wedding journey. From the very first day we met during the planning stage, Pushpakumara aiya carefully observed my facial features, body type, personality, and preferences. Based on that, he guided me with complete honesty and professionalism on everything my bridal saree style, jacket fit, hair design, jewellery, makeup look, and even the overall bridal theme. He never forced ideas on me; instead, he patiently listened to what I liked and beautifully blended my wishes with what truly suited me. He is extremely punctual, calm, humble, and very easy to work with. What impressed me the most is his trustworthiness. On my wedding day, due to an unexpected situation, I was alone at the salon . Yet I felt completely safe, respected, and comfortable, just like being with a family member. That level of trust is priceless, especially for a bride. Another very special and emotional part was how he respected Buddhist values and traditions. The salon atmosphere felt like my own home with flowers, oil lamps, and religious rituals done so respectfully and meaningfully. As a Buddhist, it truly touched my heart and made me feel like I was getting dressed as a bride in my own home. The bridal look he created for me was beyond my expectations. I had an image in my mind of how I wanted to look, but what I saw in the mirror was even more beautiful than I imagined. He enhanced my natural features so gracefully, without overdoing anything. He also styled me for my homecoming, giving me a completely different yet equally stunning look from hair to makeup, there was a noticeable and beautiful transformation. A special thank you for arranging a professional groom hair designer (one of your friends) to come to the salon and style my husband’s hair so perfectly on our homecoming day. Pushpakumara aiya took responsibility for every detail including my natural flower bouquet , exactly the way I wanted it. He also connected me with Champi’s Life for my outfit designs, and I’m truly thankful for introducing such a talented designer. Coordinating everything so smoothly shows his dedication and professionalism. More than just making me look beautiful, he made me feel confident, calm, and happy during one of the most important days of my life. He is not only a highly skilled makeup artist but also a true artist with creative vision, modern ideas, and deep respect for tradition.
