❌👎🏻 I had a very bad experience at Krish Salon, Wennappuwa. I called ahead to ask if they do nose piercings, and they said yes. I even mentioned that I would be bringing my own gold earring, and they confirmed it would be fine. However, after piercing my nose, they suddenly said my earring was not suitable for the needle they used. This was very disappointing and unprofessional, as they should have checked before piercing. The result was painful — my nose started bleeding, and I was left with a sore hole and discomfort. Their customer service was also poor. Staff didn’t seem properly trained, and the experience made me feel very uncomfortable. My friend also had a bad experience with a wax treatment — they used wax that was far too hot, especially on the face, causing burns and red patches. I’m really disappointed and hope the salon will train their staff properly and ensure better care and professionalism in the future. No customer should have to go through this kind of pain.

This saloon is unprofessional. The appearance of the saloon is good. but there is no guidance for the new employee. We went for hair cutting. My husband wanted to just trim the hair. A new employee did the service but at least the owner did not come and did not guide him. My husband was very upset. Coz he loves his hair. We didn’t say anything. He had long hair, But finally he cut all. we never recommend this for anyone. And also, staff having phone conversations infront of the customers with no manners and unsuitable conversations. I felt very uncomfortable and I never ever going to this place. very disappointed.
