I was on holiday from the UK and staying at Heritance Kandalama! I needed a hair appointment and Michelle was so accommodative and she did an excellent job on my hair. I would highly recommend as she was very flexible and her service was excellent!

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! I got a keratin treatment and a clean-up done, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. My hair feels incredibly smooth, silky, and completely frizz-free — exactly what I was hoping for. The clean-up left my skin feeling fresh, clear, and glowing. The staff were so professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself and walk out feeling confident and beautiful. Definitely coming back!

This was my first time getting dressed by Salon Lucky Dambulla and the experience was really good. The beautician who dressed me was professional, friendly, and did a great job with the dressing. She made me feel comfortable and styled the dressing beautifully. Everything was neat, elegant, and exactly what I wanted. I was very satisfied with the final look and overall service. Highly recommended 👍
