I was disappointed with the customer service. The owner seemed more focused on money than on treating customers with respect. I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like every conversation revolved around payment rather than providing a good service experience. Unfortunately, this made me not want to return.

Over the years, I’ve had hair rebonding, haircuts, and color, and every single time the results have been amazing. The staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable about hair care. They always take the time to understand what I want and make sure my hair stays healthy and beautiful. I asked for a trim and a style, but the stylist (Not Malin) cut my hair much shorter than I expected. There was no step-by-step check. He just chopped it short all at once. The result isn’t what I asked for. I hope the salon improves communication and confirms length before making big changes.
