Today I got my hair done and had a facial at this amazing salon and it was also my very first time coloring my hair! ✨ The team did an incredible job and made the whole experience comfortable and professional from start to finish. A special thanks to Oshadha from the staff for providing such excellent service and taking great care throughout the process. I’m truly happy with the results and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality grooming and great service. In my opinion, this is one of the best salons in Matale. This is a story from 2023, specifically February. I had been hearing about this salon for a long time and wondered what the fuss was about. When I first went there, I had really long hair for a male. I didn’t know what to do with it or what style I wanted. I literally didn’t know anything. So I called him beforehand and explained my situation clearly. He told me to come after 4 pm, so I went. It was a bit crowded as I remember. He immediately noticed me because I had called him earlier and he knew it was me. I told him again that I didn’t know what to do and that he should do whatever he thought would suit my face and body. He analyzed me from head to toe for about a minute and explained what he was going to do. I didn’t understand a thing but I put my faith in him and let him do his job. He completely transformed me into another person. Literally. I couldn’t even believe it was me when I saw the final result. He nailed it. I personally think that no matter how much experience or knowledge you have, no one could have done it like this guy did. I was in shock. That was the moment he became my barber. It’s more than 15 km from where I live, but I never go to any other salon, not even for a beard trim. This guy knows exactly what he’s doing and he’s so passionate about it. You can see it the moment you meet him. Quick tip: if you are in a hurry, call him beforehand to make an appointment. If not, you will be there for at least an hour for a haircut. I don’t make appointments now, I just go and sit, minding my own business. Some days I have waited more than two hours just for him, and it is always worth it.
