Salon UK Ragama

This is the most shameful salon I went so far. There are 2 ladies who works at thier who only cares about the money. I went to this Salon for the very first time just by seeing the Facebook page of them. I don't know how to say this. I am extremely disappointed with the facial service I received at this salon. The service felt rushed and careless, as if the staff were in a hurry to finish rather than provide proper treatment. They want to grab every single customer but they don't even do one thing properly I think because they only being rush about everything do nothing.The quality was very poor and did not justify the price charged. They also overcharged for a single facial.The lack of professionalism and poor handling of customer complaints were very disappointing. If you are looking for proper, professional service, I strongly suggest not going to this salon. The most bad salon in the Ragama. Waste of my money.

Iam really happy with their excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So I’ve been here twice, the first time was to get my eyebrows and upper lip done, and the second was today for a clean-up. I booked an appointment yesterday for 10 AM today and asked how long it would take. The girl who answered said it would be around 45 minutes. I showed up on time, and everything seemed fine at first. But around 10:20, another person came in for a clean-up, and the girl doing mine suddenly rushed through the rest of the session like she was in a hurry. It felt really rough, and she didn’t even use a face pack. When I asked about it, she said they usually don’t include face packs for clean-ups, which honestly sounded ridiculous to me. Every other place I’ve been to always includes a face wash, scrub, and face pack at the very least. I honestly don’t know what they’re doing here. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to others.
