It is with great disappointment that I am writing. I booked this beautician for my wedding six months in advance. My wedding was in June, and I made the booking in January. At that time, she told me that the full package, including the dress, hair, makeup, and jewelry, would cost Rs. 150,000, and that I would not need to bring anything myself. Based on that agreement, I paid an advance of Rs. 25,000. When I visited her again in March to confirm the arrangements, she told me she would give me a Rs. 25,000 discount because she would not be providing the saree. Later, I visited the salon on a day when she was not there and asked the staff whether she was available. I also asked them to check whether my booking had been recorded. They looked through the booking register, but my name was not there. Only the names of about three other brides were listed. Even the staff seemed surprised and kept asking each other about it. She never informed me that my booking had not been properly recorded, nor did she issue me a receipt for the Rs. 25,000 advance payment. As a result, I lost confidence and had to choose another beautician. I asked her to refund my Rs. 25,000 advance, but she refused. She was also unwilling to provide any service in return for the money I had paid. Honestly, this was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I have ever had. She seemed to care more about money than her clients. She completely ruined what should have been the happiest and most beautiful day of my life.😣😡
