As a tourist only go there if you want to get scammed. We asked for a normal haircut (short hair) nothing special and they told us 3.000 rupees each. After we told them, that we know what the local price is (of course a bit tourist tax would be okay) they told us 2.500 rupees each. Thanks but we will go somewhere else.

I went here to get a fresh haircut and get my beard trimmed. The result was really good. The barber knew what he was doing and took his time. The haircut cost 2000 lkr and the beard was 1000 lkr. Money well spent.
